Welcome to The Brothers Public House, an intimate acoustic music venue owned and run by Pat and Eamonn McKernan from Belturbet, County Cavan, Ireland. The lads took over a disused premises two year ago and are gradually transforming it into a destination venue for quality drinks and music. Pat McKernan has been a familiar figure on the Melbourne Irish scene for many years now. He has played at countless pub gigs, weddings and corporate functions and has toured as a guitarist with Irish music icon Finbar Furey and with comedian Brendan Grace. His accountant brother Eamonn arrived in Melbourne 6 years ago. Always on the lookout for adventure and a challenge, Eamonn and Pat came up with the idea of The Brothers Public House as a fine place for musical drinking. What more would you want!
